I’m so glad to hear that the movement that has been growing to make more girl games available for the young female population of online game players has finally made a difference. I know that while I was growing up it was a real pain in the rear to try and find games that would appeal to girls like me, except maybe Ms. Pac Man, and how many times can you play that without going totally out of your mind?
The other day I ran across a site easygirlgames.com that was jammed pack full of girlie girl games like, dating games, kissing games, make-up games, dress up games, make over games, fashion games, cooking games and games for Barbies and Bratz lovers as well, which I thought was pretty darned cool. I have a niece that just turned 11 last month that I sent an email to with the link to this site in case she wasn’t aware of it all ready. She is a good kid, an only child that spends a lot of time on her laptop and loves playing games so I hope that she will enjoy the huge variety of these girl games that they have listed there for girls just like her.
It looks like I’m going ahead with the search for decent Radial Engineering Guitars to buy here real soon. My favorite niece’s high school graduation is fast approaching and I told her a few years back that when she did graduate that I would buy her the guitar of her choice and by god she managed to do real good in school and so now I’m happy to reward her on her special day.
I haven’t been to a high school graduation ceremony is such a long time. There has been a lag between that particular age group in the family. But soon we will be attending many more in the up and coming years and we always have great graduation parties and festivities for the graduates. I look forward to attending many, many more.
Something that I haven’t seen in so long are the paper dolls that were so popular back in the day before computers. I remember about 15 years ago I was going over to babysit my niece so I stopped off at Toys R Us and I bought my niece, who was about 7 or 8 at the time, some paper dolls thinking it would be a fun thing for the two of us to do that afternoon. She wasn’t impressed, nor was I. What a pain in the rear they turned out to be. It was a real struggle to get the things punched out, most of them ended up torn and bent up and the darn clothes wouldn’t stay on the paper dolls worth a darn, so we ended up trashing those after 20 minutes of frustration.
Now a days they have so many cool virtual girl games to offer young girls that make the old fashioned paper dolls really look out dated and boring. The computer makes the whole process less tedious and totally more exciting and I can see why the market has dropped out of the paper doll industry. It took a while for them to figure out that the need for more virtual girl games were a big issue and we are finally seeing a good amount of virtual girl games coming out and the girls are just eating them up as fast as they can produce them.
