I think that it is pretty cool that in Canada you can find services that will assist with people that need to remove criminal record listings and help with the canadian pardon application that is available to their citizens. I never knew that that was an option until I stumbled onto a site that advertises these services. Oh how I love the Internet and all the things that I learn from it almost on a daily or weekly basis, how did we ever live and survive without it?
I have always been interested in taking a trip into Canada and see what it is all about. I don’t speak any French, but from what I understand that shouldn’t be an issue in most of Canada. The other issue is that I HATE the cold, but I’ve recently learned that isn’t always cold up there either as I always thought.
So if you have any interest in learning about the removal of criminal record canada style you can go to pardonservicescanada.com and see what that is all about and learn something new for the day as well. They have a lot of intersting stuff there.
I went out last night to take the trash to the end of the drive way and was totally surprised on how cold it was. I know that summer is offically over but my goodness I am not ready for this colder weather, guess I need to start breaking out my winter clothes soon, sigh. . .
The Comedy Channel is on most of the time these days. I’m a firm believer of laughter being the best medicine and with this god awful heat that we have been experiencing each and every day, over and over again, we could use a good dose of some mighty fine medicine, along with a nice cold beer!
One of my favorite shows to watch on The Comedy Channel is Josh.O. This dude just continues to crack me up and he is easy on the eyes as well.
Right after the hurricane the word on the street (and on the news) was that the price of gas was going to drop because so many flights had been cancelled and so many folks were not driving so that there was a huge supply of gas not being tapped into. Of course when this happens they have to lower the cost, you know the whole supply and demand thing. But you could have fooled me on this since around here the price of gas just went up by ten cents a gallon!
Am so glad that the sun is out and shining bright once again after all of the rain and high winds that we experienced over the past couple of days. I have discovered a few things that I should have brought in that got damaged, like my beautiful windowbox that I really love. I guess it just didn’t dawn on my that my windowbox would be in jeopardy will all the other things that I had going on at that time.
My mother always had the most wonderful flower boxes in the front windows of our house, all the neighbors where so envious of my mother’s green thumb and her window boxes that always had something pretty growing in them each spring, summer and fall. So a few years ago, as a birthday gift, my mother gave me my own wooden window box to try even though I really don’t have the same green thumb as her, it has turned out fairly well and it breaks my heart that it is now broken. But maybe my Dad can work on it and get it back together for me, he is good at things like that, as most Dads are I reckon.
I just can’t figure out how the huge spider’s web that has been outside my back door managed to survive during all of this.
I’m so tired this morning after staying up most of the night waiting out the hurricane scare. My sister and I kept texting each other every hour or so to see how things were going with each other and Facebook was just a buzzing with folks updating what was happening where they were at. Finally at 4:00 am I had to give up the watch and lay my head down. I’m so glad to have woken up with the power still on and no apparent damage to the house, the yard and the neighborhood
I love seeing more and more of the cars that I grew up around coming back in style. My first car was a 1967 Ford Mustang, so I have always had a soft spot for the Mustang and I can’t believe how many of them (old and new) I am seeing on the roads. I would love to own another Ford Mustang, of course it would have to be a used model since a new one is totally out of my financial reach at this point.
Because we are all staying close to home due to the hurricane threat I’m sure a lot of folks will be spending time online this weekend, just like me. I have just finished reading a most interesting blog that I found at http://www.tampa-used-cars.com. Since I have had my own blog for some time now I can relate to how important a well written blog can be and I can appreciate how helpful they can be. Since I haven’t owned a Mustang in a very long time I wanted to see what is being said about the newer Mustang models and their blog has been very informative as well as plenty of videos which is very cool.
I love how the Internet makes looking at new and used cars so much easier than running from dealership to dealership all around town. You can find everything that you need right here at this used car dealer in Tampa Florida and then trek on over there for the test drive, which is always the most exciting part for me. I don’t think many people will be heading out for test drives over the next couple of days until hurricane Irene is all over and done with, actually from what I hear the majority of businesses have temporarily shut down for the weekend.
Isn’t it wonderful how you can go online and find things for your vehicle so easily? My kid brother has a Jeep that he just recently bought and dearly loves and he is now looking for some Jeep Parts and since he isn’t really into computers he has asked me to help in locate the Jeep bumpers and the Jeep Decals that he has been looking for on my computer. Funny how some people are still resisting all that the Internet has to offer. As long as we don’t lose power over the weekend because of the hurricane I’ll be spending most of my time this weekend on the computer as there won’t be much else to do and I don’t mind helping the little twit out.
