One subject that I am going to discuss with my mother and my sister is the issue of colon cleansing, I am hearing more and more about it and I believe that they have tried it and I what to hear the stories and opinion before I go and purchase anything. I have been reading up some on the subject and have talked to a few people here and there and they all swear that a good Colon Cleanse can make a big difference in a lot of areas that I am struggling in, like sleep issues, no energy, stomach aches, back aches, foul breath and a lot of this things I’m blaming on menopause. And she has a great body, a beautiful smile, and that girl can DANCE!
In a Twilight Zone moment, Rachel asked Paula what she likes to wear around the house and Paula answered, “Either sweatpants or scrub pants – you know, like the doctors and nurses wear at the hospitals. They are SOOO comfortable!”
And Rachel seriously asks, “Oh! You would think that by now I would not be even dealing with these stupid Acne issues, but alas I believe that I may be fighting this all of my life, that is very disturbing to me. None of my sisters or brothers seem to have this problem, so I just don’t understand why it is effecting me at this point of my life. I always wash my face at least twice a day. I don’t wear a lot of make up that would irritate the skin and I’ve tried tons of products through out the years to no avail.
