I’ve been spending some time online looking for Diaper Bags and Changing Tables. We are holding a surprise baby shower for a co worker and I have been put in charge of finding the perfect gift from 3 of us that want to go in together and get her something decent but affordable that we can pitch in together and purchase for her.

She doesn’t really need any Nursery or Furniture items, so that is a plus, we couldn’t afford anything like that but there are plenty of Babies and Toddlers items that we could pool our money together to get for her. This is her second child so she does have plenty of items left over from the first one, which is a good thing. Babies are expensive and it adds up real quick like.

Since she doesn’t plan on Nursing and Feeding the baby from her god given breasts there are bottle items to consider, but those don’t cost much and I’m sure she will be getting a variety of those types of products from a variety of sources.

Planning a surprise baby shower isn’t easy, but I think that we can pull it off. It will be fun and I look forward to seeing the look on her face when we catch her off guard next month. It’s all good!

On the way home from work this afternoon I had to take an alternative route home. It appears that a major wreak happened on the Interstate, a hit and run and at least one person was killed. What a mess to deal with at the end of a long hard day at work.

It is a shame that the economic crisis is effecting so many people in a variety of negative ways. Homes being lost, jobs being scarce, crime on the rise and drug treatment centers popping up left and right in order to serve so many people that have turned to drug and alcohol abuse. It can’t get much worse than this folks.

For the past couple of months I have woken up with one heck of a back ache. I do believe that it is the mattress that I’m sleeping on. This has got to stop, having a back ache all day really sucks. Looks like I’ve got to look into buying a new mattress. Not something that I’m looking for.

With so many people flocking to the medical field there is an abundant amount of folks walking around wearing nursing uniforms and medical scrubs. I’ve been noticing it more and more, like at the grocery store and at the gas stations, you are likely to see at least one person wearing some type of medical uniforms. They have come a long way with different patterns, styles, fabrics and designs, variety is the spice of life.

And lab coats are not just for pharmacists and eye doctors anymore and some of the nursing uniforms are really attractive and look like they would be comfortable to wear. The majority of folks that are on their feet (medical personnel certainly stay on their feet all day) are wearing those funky looking crocs/clogs that have been selling like crazy in the last 10 years or so now. But if it feels good do it, right?

Look at this cute baby dressed in a pair of scrubs. There is something about little, tiny, miniature, things, especially shoes are just the cutest ever.
