My goodness has Myrtle Beach grown since I was a kid and went there on summer vacations. I was spending some time on the computer today on my break and was looking at the golf package Myrtle Beach resorts are offering and I was blown away at the many hotels and resorts that are now there. I found http://www.myrtlebeachseasideresorts.com/ and was drooling at their variety of accommodations that they have to offer all over the Myrtle Beach area. I always enjoyed the North Myrtle Beach area as a kid, my parents always made it a point to stay on the north side. We are creatures of habit.

Some major changes have been going on there. Maybe next year, if my tax refund check is half way decent I can take a long week end and go there once again. Watching the Redskins get their butts whooped the other night was a disappointment. I’ve always rooted for the Washington Redskins and try and follow their games when I can. Saturday’s game was just a pre season game but it still sucks to see them lose and so badly at that! I’m glad that I subscribe to Direct TV. I have the NFL Sunday Ticket package and am looking forward to an awesome football season that is getting geared up to start here real soon.
When I moved in here I went online and researched the local tv satellite options and and glad that I went with Direct TV. I found the information out at www.localtv-satellite.com. So far they have provided me with good deals and the reception has been very good since day one. Not at all like the cable that was used to for all those years before I landed here. Going to localtv-satellite.com was a smart move on my part. The Internet has been a valuable tool for me since moving here. I lost connection for about 4 hours earlier today and was starting to get worried not knowing when it would come back on again.
Life tends to come to a screeching halt when something goes wrong with the Internet.
I’ve noticed that several of the well known insurance companies are doing a heck of a job with their commercials. I do believe that they are becoming some of the better commercials that are on these days. Gieco keeps coming out with some real winners, you can even find them on YouTube.com!
My mother has invited me and my brother to go to Myrtle Beach South Carolina shortly after Labor Day for beach time and golfing. I’m all for that thank you very much. But she has asked me to research online the resorts for golf in Myrtle Beach since I have become so ”proficient using the Internet” as she puts it so nicely. So I have been spending some time the last couple of hours for golf packages in Myrtle Beach.
I had no idea how many resorts there are in today’s Myrtle Beach, but I think that I have found one that might interest my folks at http://www.ttimesonly.com/ where I see that they are offering good prices and some interesting golf packages. So I’m shooting my mom an email with the link provided and we will see what thinks about my choice. Little did I know that she also asked my brother to take some time and do the same thing. I’m quite curious to see what he comes up with.
It will be great to go to the beach, play some golf and spend time with my kid brother and my folks, it’s been too long since we have had some time to do something like this. Thanks mom!
