One of my Facebook friends that went to the same high school as I did, but was a year ahead of me, works as a cigar salesperson and he always has the most interesting pictures and posts to read and enjoy almost everyday from his work. Today he was pictured smoking a nice macanudo cigar and posing with a couple of the Hooter Waitresses. with drinks in hand at some big exciting event in Pennsylvania. He has got to be one of the happiest of my old high school friends and is living the life, which I’m so glad to see, I just wish more of my old friends were living such exciting lives. Way too many of them are in bad health, bad relationships and stuck in a job that they barely tolerate just to keep a paycheck coming in these days.
I’m thinking that a good quality Martor USA utility knife will be a great gift to present to my Dad on his 65th birthday this year. This is a big birthday to him, 65 has been earmarked for retirement, something that he is looking forward to but dreading as well. My Dad isn’t the type to just loaf around and my mother isn’t going to want him hanging around the house anyway, so I’m sure he will be out in his garage/shop most of the time a a good utility knife always comes in handy.
So many places are only accepting job applications online these days, so if you don’t have access to a computer and are looking for a job you could really be in a bind. Of course you can always go to the library, but what a drag that is especially if there isn’t a library close at hand. Some places have a computer right there for you to use, but that must be a hassle, what with all of the information that is required that not everyone has stored in their memory and have written down on several pieces of paper here and there.
Anyway I stumbled across and interesting website that has tons of the applications that are available online that I have forwarded to several good folks that are looking for work, even those looking for mcdonalds jobs that are pretty easy to land and are usually hiring.
